Book your session!
Before the session, we'll take the time to understand your story and the unique elements that make up your lifestyle. Whether it's the bond with your horse or the breathtaking landscapes you call home, I want to capture it all. I will email over a contract for you to sign and a retainer fee that must be all completed to reserve your date! Everything is sent over email to make it quick and simple.

Leading up to the Session
I will be in touch with you up to your scheduled date. If you need help choosing a location or outfit, I'm here to help and make the process go smoothly!

If you are a Wedding client I will be helping you out months in advance to get your timeline down and all the tiny details ironed out. I do send over a questionnaire for you to fill out. A couple weeks out from your date, we hop on a phone call to finalize everything. I want to bring your dream day come to life!

For all my Glacier National Park Brides/Mountain elopements I help you pick out locations for those epic backdrops!

The remaining balance will also be due the week of your wedding or the day of for any portrait sessions.

Celebrating Your Story
After the session, I will carefully curate and edit the photos to ensure that they reflect the genuine emotions and moments captured. I believe in preserving your legacy through timeless images that you and your loved ones can cherish for generations. I like to post a sneak peek of your session within 24 hours. That way you aren't waiting around for weeks to see some!

Once the editing process is complete, I will present you with a selection of beautifully edited images that capture your lifestyle through an online gallery where you can view and download the high resolution images. Wedding Clients will also get an online gallery along with a Custom Keepsake Box and USB drive containing all of your images for safe keeping.

FAQ
Curious about the photography process or want to learn more about my approach? Here are the most frequently asked questions. If there's anything else you'd like to know, please feel free to reach out.

Do you travel outside of the Billings area?Absolutely! I travel all over the state of Montana photographing western families and special mountain elopements! I also will travel to other states as well! I've shot several ranch style weddings out of state and love exploring new places!

Do you require a deposit to book a session?I do require a 50% non refundable retainer fee to book your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your session. I do also offer payment plans if that is a route we need to take as well.

How far in advance should we book?The earlier the better! Weddings are typically booked a year in advance as I fill up! Since my weekends fill up with weddings, I like to shoot my portrait sessions during the week in the evenings. We have a shorter window of prime weather here in Montana, most of my weddings and sessions take place from April-October. Winter is also a great time to capture session.....so don't leave those months out!

How do you deliver the photos?I deliver your edited images in an online gallery. You'll be able to download the high resolution photos and back them up yourself, as well as print and share them. You can also order prints from your online gallery. You will also receive printing permission for all of your images so you can print them wherever you'd like. Online galleries are only guaranteed for up to 2 years. I encourage all of my clients to download all of their images as soon as they can and back them up to their computers. Wedding Clients will receive an online gallery as well as a Custom USB drive so their photos stay protected forever.

Do you help with posing?Yes! I try to make it as natural as possible! Don't worry if you feel like you don't know how to pose! You don't have to be a model to be in front of a camera! I love capturing you in your natural lifestyle, so just be you! I promise you, everyone looks good in front of the camera!

How long does it take to get your photos back?I always post a sneak peek within 24 hours so you guys aren't biting your nails waiting for a full gallery! After that it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks if it's a portrait session or up to 8 weeks for a full wedding gallery.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
