Wedding Timeline for a Stress Free Day!

Want a Stress Free Day on your Wedding Day? Yes? So do we! As your photographer, I will be there every step of the way to help build your custom timeline for your wedding day. This will ensure that everything goes as smoothly as it can and everything stays on track!

Below is an example of my 10 hour wedding day coverage timeline with a Ceremony that Starts at 4:30pm. For this wedding, it was in July and the bride and groom chose to do a First look and have all their wedding party and family shots done before the ceremony. That way they could enjoy all of their guests.

11:00 Photographer Arrives

-Flat Lay Shots

-Bride getting last of Hair & makeup done

-Dress shots

12:00 Put Bride into Dress

-Bridal Shots

-Groom getting ready

1:00 First Look-Bride & Groom

-If you choose to not do a first look then this can easily be removed.

2:00 Wedding Party Pictures

3:30 Family Pictures with Bride and Groom

-Family pictures can also be done after the ceremony.

-Keep in mind sometimes it's hard to round people up after the ceremony as they all

want to go to Cocktail Hour and you may not get everyone in your photos, This is why I

like to get them done with before the ceremony.

4:15 Relax before Ceremony-snacks for wedding party

4:30 Ceremony

5:00 Cocktail Hour

-Extra Bride and Groom Shots or any remaining family shots that did not get taken

-If you didn't do a first look be sure to allow extra time here before dinner to have

pictures taken of Family and Wedding Party.

6:00 Dinner/Introductions/Speeches

7:00 Cake Cutting/Dancing

8:30 Sunset Pictures with Bride & Groom

-Keep in mind the Sunset varies throughout the year. (this wedding was Mid July)

9:30 Photographer Leaves

Keep in mind this is just a guideline that I use and anything on it can easily be changed! You definitely don't want to miss out on Golden Hour that day, so be sure to check with your Photographer when that is.
